Service Description

Learn to photograph your own properties without becoming a professional photographer. Based on 16 years of professional property-photography experience, I have created a simple and practical system specifically for estate agents and property professionals with little or no photography experience. In up to 4 hours, including around 2 hours of practical training at one of your properties, I will show you step by step, room by room, how to compose and capture consistent property photographs using either exposure bracketing or in-camera Auto HDR. You will also learn a simple Lightroom workflow for importing, selecting and exporting images. No advanced editing skills are required - my dedicated Lightroom presets can be provided to enhance your photographs in one click, while AI HDR processing can produce finished images ready to use. You will receive an access to the training guide materials including semi-silent videos of me at work to support you confidence. The aim is simple: give you a repeatable workflow to photograph your properties, helping reduce ongoing photography costs and the risk of paying for media when a property instruction is withdrawn. No previous photography experience required. Equipment: You will need your own camera with an ultra-wide-angle lens and basic accessories suitable for property photography. Equipment is not provided as part of the training. Practical training: The property used for the practical session must be provided by the client.
